Dr Phillips' Encounter

Thank you very much Dr Phillips for sending me your report about your wonderful encounter with your angel. I am very glad to know you were helped so positively and so powerfully.

In my youth I went through a period of profound depression and isolation. I wanted to cry but the tears were frozen inside me. My young life held nothing for me and I would have been glad to have died. There were no external reasons for this; superb parents etc. I cannot adequately explain how desolate I felt. One day, when it was possible to do this, I went into a pharmacist and bought at least 500 codeine, with the intention of taking them later.

When I got home I went up to my bedroom and suddenly I could feel arms around me, holding me very tightly. Tears rolled down my face and I thought I would never stop the tears from flowing. In my mind's eyes I saw that an angel was holding me. The angel contained more love than I have ever felt before or since. As suddenly as the angel came it went. It could have been with me for one minute or hours, I don't know. As the angel left me I felt light and happy. I laughed and my heart was light. I said aloud "Whoever you were thank you, thank you, thank you. In fact I ran out of thank yous. I took the codeine to the lavatory and threw them all down with a hefty helping of bleach, I threw in some lavatory paper and pulled the chain. They were gone and so had my depression.
