Terms & Conditions

All items, except card readings, ear rings and belly bars are returnable within 7 days of receipt if they are unused and undamaged. The cost of the item will be refunded but not the cost of the postage.

Items will be sent out within 2 working days of cleared payment being received.

Workshop places can be cancelled at any time but a full refund will only be given if it is cancelled up to 14 days before the date of the workshop. After this, only 50% of the cost will be refunded.
