An Elemental Cleansing, meditation CD by Kevin Core

From the back of the CD case; "This is a unique cleansing technique for the physical body. It was given to Kevin and Christine during a New Shamballa workshop in 2005. It is now part of that workshop. A testimonial from that workshop describing the cleansing of the chemicals in the drug Ritalin can be found on the website (www.newshamballa.com). Another participant has reported the residues of epileptic drugs needed as a child over 50 years ago also being cleansed. This practice will clear the energy of any toxin that may be lodged in the physical body. (It does not affect the physical action of any medication currently being taken by the person.)

There are many toxins in our physical body today from pollution, cosmetics, toothpaste and dental fillings, food preservatives etc. Our natural cleansing processes cannot eliminate these substances so they build up n our body, potentially causing many problems. This meditation can be done as regularly as you wish, but if you live in a city we recommend once a week and a wonderful way is as part of a relaxing bath.

Humanity has mostly lost the relatinship with the Devic and Elemental Kingdoms, and this meditation is a wonderful reconnection to the beauty and magic of our 3D realm and Nature.
